Jacob Cohen

Bringing 15 years of deep industry experience to Green Point Hospitality, built across some of the most respected venues and brands in the world.

From serving as Global Drinks Writer for Re’al Syrups to leading operations as General Manager of the multi-award-winning Savile Row, operating at the highest level of the hospitality industry. His career also includes consulting on cocktail menus for global hospitality icons such as Hyatt Regency and Ritz-Carlton, where he delivered beverage programs that balance creativity, profitability and operational efficiency.

Known for his sharp operational mindset and creative approach, Jacob specialises in building systems that elevate guest experience while driving strong commercial outcomes.


Trent Goodwin

With over 30 years of experience across bar ownership, café operations and hospitality leadership. He previously owned Cobbler Bar and Kettle & Tin, among other establishments in Brisbane, and now owns the multi-award-winning Savile Row, alongside a portfolio of other industry businesses. He has spent decades on the floor, behind the bar, and in the back office, building venues that last.
